Types of chocolate
There are many types of chocolate, which are white chocolate, milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate, bittersweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate. These chocolates are produced using cacao bean. The beans are roasted and some amounts additives are added to flavor the chocolates.

White chocolate, which is made of cacao butter, sugar, milk, emulsifier and sometimes vanilla is added.

Milk chocolate, is made mostly of cacao solids, this cacao solids include cacao and cacao butter.

Dark chocolate, which is sweetened chocolate with high content of cacao solids and no milk or very little milk added. Dark chocolate are always sweeter or bittersweet.

Sweet Dark Chocolate is the other type of dark chocolate and it contains often 35-45% cacao solids.
